A healthy relationship with our creativity makes a world of difference in the quality of our lives. Our creative journeys over time are often filled with detours and challenges. It is never too late to open ourselves to the resource of our creative expression, and allow its deep wisdom to permeate our lives. I am excited
and grateful to be adding the theme of Exploring your Creative Self to my Art as a Healing Practice series. I welcome you to join me online on Zoom for an afternoon of guided meditation, art-making, nature witnessing, writing, and sharing as we come together to embrace the light and healing power of our creativity.
Exploring your Creative Self
Art as a Healing Practice Workshop
with Kathleen Horne, REACE, REAT
Deep Listening through Expressive Arts
Friday July 16th
1-4 pm EDT
Live online via Zoom
What is your relationship to your creativity? How has it been shaped and developed over time? What is it asking of you now? Our creative birthright, when fully reclaimed, is an unparalleled resource and a source of joy and wellbeing.
The workshop will be recorded and you will have lifetime access.
I really enjoy the different prompts and creative applications used to lead one on a new journey of self discovery about an aspect of self. Buried wisdoms and affirmations reveal themselves in color, line and theme as Kathleen gently guides and holds the space to witness and be witnessed in group.
