We will begin by meditating on a a tree, witnessing its presence and wisdom as we formulate our intentions. From there, through guided meditation, we will listen deeply to ourselves, inviting our inner body- knowing to guide our art-making and writing. We allow ourselves to be curious, to be
surprised, to discover something new. Along the way, we will have opportunities to be compassionately witnessed and to share our discoveries. We will leave with a nugget of wisdom, like a potent seed to plant in the flow of our lives.
This is your body, your greatest gift, pregnant with wisdom you do not hear, grief you thought was forgotten, and joy you have never known.
