Kathleen just created a new complimentary Art Meditation for you, as part of your library of free creative resources. It is called Meditation on a Tree.
"There is incredible symmetry in a tree, between its inner life and its outer life, between its rooted memory and its external active presence.
It doesn’t limit itself- it reaches for the sky and it reaches for the source, all in one kind of seamless movement."
― John O'Donohue
In this 10-minute audio guided meditation you will invite a tree into your mind's eye, and explore it with your imagination, questions, breath, senses and body.
Creative Reflections through art-making and writing are provided to assist you in assimilating the messages that arrive, and taking the wisdom and lessons of the experience into your life.
We have designed this as a free creative resource to assist you on your creative journey.
Once you sign-in you will have lifetime access in your learning library.
Next week's Art as a Healing Practice workshop
Listening to the Body
will integrate witnessing a tree, guided meditation and art-making with a powerful exploration of our body's deep wisdom and knowing.
I invite you to join me.
By witnessing the natural world, we learn to witness ourselves.
