Dear
In the midst of the rapidly changing landscape we are living in, it can be challenging to stay current, not only with outer events, but with inner feelings, as we react to the news, the latest statistics, and to the huge changes in our lives in such a short time.
We are visiting your inbox today with a few free resources that we hope will help you navigate the changes - both external and internal.
We have been thinking a lot about witnessing. How do we simply bear witness when the changes are so fast and de-stabilizing? How do we bring our presence to what we are experiencing within, and hold all of our feelings with love?
We have created a new
Loving Witness Art Meditation
for you.
You can get access now, at this link.
You can return to it whenever you like, and you are welcome to share the link with others.
Also, we have taken our Open Studios Online.
What that means it that you can join us for open art-making time, from wherever you are. We are each coming in from our homes, and we invite you to do the same.
We have 2 Open Studio times.
Open Studios are open art-making time, held in an atmosphere of support, respect, acceptance, and mindful presence. Just show up with a few supplies, or a project you are working on, and join in. We have some witnessing and sharing at the end.
There is no pre-registration, and there is no charge.
We offer the option to leave a love offering, if you like, and that is totally optional.
This morning we came across a helpful article in the Harvard Business Review.
Sometimes it is challenging to even name what we are feeling, from moment to moment. Here, Scott Berinato's interview with grief expert David Kessler helps put our feelings in perspective.
A note from us: We are, like you, adjusting every day to the changing world situation. Working from our homes, we have cancelled everything in the studio for the time being, and are taking everything online that we can. We are committed to continuing to bring you creative resources that will help support you
in this time of so much uncertainty. Do you have an idea or a specific need? Let us know. Would you like to share in creative community? Join our private Facebook group or take part in our Open Studios. Visit our website to learn about all of our online offerings.
We will continue to collect resources and create offerings that engage creative process to assist us all in navigating this journey that we are all in together. We may be physically-distanced, but we can nurture our emotional and creative connection.
With love and gratitude,
Kathleen, Victoria, Tamara
