Our inner life has movement. That movement can be tracked. We can track it with a paintbrush, our bodies, our words. This workshop’s aim is to strengthen our resonance with the space between inner movement and outer expression. Please have oil pastels or crayons and some drawing paper handy. This drawing will draw upon the movement within. Other modalities will be included to flesh out our ability to participate with our vibrant inner life, in the world.
Imagination is the bridge.
