Art as a Healing Practice has organically emerged from my own journey of healing through the arts. At first, it was simply my own personal practice (and it continues to be). Then, I began sharing with others, as a workshop. Eventually, it became a 6-session series, with specific themes.
Last year, I began offering it live online. Most recently, I have created it as a self-study workshop, making the material accessible to anyone, from anywhere in the world, anytime.
This new format is available as an "on-demand" course, and it is not tied to any timeline other than your own. You can revisit the lessons as many times as you want, for as long as you like.
To celebrate it's release, we are offering it at the special price of $97. This price will expire on February 15, and, after that, it will be $127. REGISTER

Here is an example of how I use this approach, fresh from my journal.
I am currently traveling out of the country for 2+ weeks, and I thought it was a good time to revisit the theme of Lesson 1 - Where am I Now?
After some meditation on that question, this is the image that emerged. I see it as the ongoing relationship (sometimes polarity or conflict) in my life about creation and reflection. During my "time away" right now, I am in "reflection" mode, and this feels essential and restorative, even life-giving.
After making the spontaneous image, I did quite a bit of writing, and made connections to various aspects of my life.
The 'nugget of wisdom' that emerged from the experience is:
Invite the times of reflection. Honour these times. Only through reflection can I take meaningful action. Only through reflection can I create effectively and authentically.
This practice has become an integral and natural part of my life, allowing me to stay attuned to my inner experience and assimilate external forces and events.
It is a great privilege and a joy to share it with you!
