"I have just finished reading a book called “Good and Mad” by Rebecca Traister. In it the author states that ‘no lasting social change has been accomplished until the women get angry.’ Anger is a worthy emotion we women have been taught to fear. Come let’s explore the gifts of anger together! "

- Anger can be an overwhelming force. Once the door to our anger is opened it can leap out of its inner cage, where we may have kept it under wraps and under control. It can lash out fiercely, creating discord and chaos in our lives.
- Anger can also be a motivating energy – moving us
from frustration to action – to change ourselves, our families, our communities.
In order to transform our anger, we need to hear its message, discover its medicine, and find our power.
Using the Intentional Creativity process of listening, writing,
and painting, Donna will guide us in invoking our Muse to help us participate in this transformation.
There will be a group participating in the studio, and others joining the circle from their own homes, via Zoom.
Thanks to technology, we can all paint together and share.
“I imagine, if you listen carefully, you can hear the growling of the mounting rage
of millions of women. Hear it? I do.” – Susan Thistlethwaite
