  • As caregivers and helping professionals, we tend to get out of balance, as we “give” more than we receive.
  • How do we find balance, and honor our own voice and perspective?
  • The expressive arts provide a pathway to self-care, and to finding that powerful yet elusive place where giving and receiving are in harmony.
  • By accessing our own creative wisdom through visual art, writing, guided meditation,  movement, voice, and rhythm we listen deeply, renew and restore.

Who this is for? Therapists, helping professionals, parents, anyone caring for a parent or partner, teachers, or anyone who identifies as a care-giver

What you will you get?  A safe, accepting space, guidance by professional expressive arts facilitators, and an opportunity to invite the healing power of your own creativity to help you find balance, renewal, and a commitment to improved self-care
.
No arts experience is necessary. This is about taking time for yourself, and learning some powerful skills for balance and self-care.
