Art as a Healing Practice is an expressive arts process that embraces the positive power of creative work/play to change lives. It is a series of carefully guided, themed sessions that each consist of a gentle and powerful blend of guided meditation, visual art, writing and sharing/witnessing.

Designed and facilitated by Kathleen Horne, this popular series is offered just twice per year. 
Patricia Manning joins Kathleen as co-facilitator.

$40 + $5 supply fee for each session.


Sessions can be attended individually or as a series.
Open to anyone interested in self-care and personal growth through creative expression.
CEU's for mental health professionals, CNE's for nurses, elective credit for EAFI students.
