This workshop provides an immersion into Expressive Arts Process, including visual art, sound, music, movement, drama, writing,  and guided meditation. In a safe and supportive retreat atmosphere,students are invited to follow the thread of their own creative process and imagery through a series of guided  experiences or portals to discovery. Students will set individual intentions at the beginning of the weekend and utilize the support of group and instructors to assist them. Both individual process and group process will be attended to and facilitated.  

This intensive is one of our core Level One courses is our Certificate Training Program. We also offer it outside the certificate program.  

What is "intermodal" expressive arts?

The creative process, at its essence, is holistic.  When we follow our creativity, we express ourselves in visual art, movement, sound, writing, and more. What begins with paint may become a poem. What begins with a drumbeat may become a dance.
