Drawing from her direct experience working in Ukraine since the full-scale invasion, Nathalie will explore how the foundational principles of expressive arts practice, presence, responsiveness, imagination, and relational awareness, can support leadership and
community care in complex and rapidly changing environments.
Through real-world case examples, guided creative experiences, reflective discussion, and small-group dialogue, you’ll explore:
- How creative practice can support clarity and adaptability in uncertain situations
- Ways to remain present and responsive when needs are constantly changing
- How expressive arts principles can inform trauma-informed leadership
and community care
- The multiple roles practitioners may be called to hold in times of crisis
- Reflective tools for supporting resilience, ethical decision-making, and sustainable response
This training is for expressive arts practitioners, therapists, facilitators, community organizers, nonprofit leaders, educators, humanitarian professionals, and others working in high-stress or rapidly changing environments.
You do not need to have all the answers.
Sometimes leadership begins with learning how to remain present, listen deeply, and respond to what is needed now.
