Sometimes the words are there but we can’t quite find them.

Sometimes we feel deeply, but don’t know how to express it.

And sometimes what longs to be shared remains tucked quietly inside us.

We invite you into a tender and powerful creative process with Ericha Scott licensed as, E Hitchcock Scott, PhD, LPCC917 in California, ATR-BC®, REAT® for Love, Letters, Poetry & Art, a unique experiential training devoted to expressing love through writing, art, and poetry.

Through guided creative invitations including drawing, list-making, journal writing, Haiku poetry, and letter writing, you’ll explore ways to give shape to what lives in the heart and discover how the creative process can support connection, emotional expression, and healing.

This workshop is both personal and practical.

You’ll experience the process for yourself while also learning ways these practices can be thoughtfully adapted for work with clients, groups, families, or community spaces.

Whether you are an expressive arts therapist, facilitator, student, helping professional or simply someone drawn to the healing power of words and image, this workshop offers space to reflect, create, and connect with what matters most.

By the end of our time together, you’ll leave with your own creative love letter; something heartfelt, tangible, and uniquely yours.
