What do you imagine when you hear "Body, Mind, Spirit"? We have been preparing to teach a course this week with this title and in preparation, I (Tamara) notice how I tend to the different aspects of my own being - moving in and out of awareness of each. I notice how when
my body feels tired, I can rejuvenate myself by being in nature or making art and connecting to spirit. When I begin to feel like my mind is getting full, it helps to move my body or sit by the water's edge.
How do you balance and return home within yourself? What brings you into alignment in body, mind, and spirit?
I invite you to explore the question and see what happens. We will be engaging in a full exploration of the holistic nature of expressive arts this
week and reflecting on our experience with the mandala which is also a symbol of wholeness.
What does your expression look and feel like?
