We know how hard it can be to schedule in time for your creative practice, so we wanted to give you these dates well in advance so you can mark your calendar.

Below are the dates for Expressive Arts Discovery for the remainder of the year.

If you haven't come to Expressive Arts Discovery yet, it's a live online 1.5 hour guided workshop that will help you connect within and discover what's wanting to emerge from your inner wisdom.

We'll begin with a guided meditation, followed by artmaking, writing, and perhaps some movement, ending with witnessing and sharing.

It's a wonderful time to connect within and with others in creative community.
