Dear Creative Friend, Â Mindful Art Play Days were so fun this week. Thank you to all who joined with Tamara to sink into the practice of playing with art materials with mindful presence. We encountered a few opportunities to practice flowing with challenge, resistance, and surprises. It was a nourishing and fun week. Although the week has
passed, the opportunity to participate is still available for the next 30 days as the recordings are available and we can continue to return to them to do more.  What is true is that mindful practice and play meet in expressive arts. They are companions to one another.  By making one mark at a time, noticing how the paint drips or runs, how crayons resist water, bubbles make us giggle, and spaces invite us to explore, we are present in the moment. I (Tamara) feel connected and grateful for the opportunity to
share the delight as well as the depth of this practice. It is simple and yet it brings me closer to who I need to be in the world. By being present and creating with color, line, shape, and pattern I felt myself connecting to a life force that fuels me and eases my tension and worry. It was especially exciting to know that others were doing this with me. We are a creative force for positive change. We hope you take some time for your creative practice and play this

 Our Certificate Training Program in Intermodal Expressive Arts is IEATA (International Expressive Arts Therapy) compliant and provides you with the 200 training hours necessary to pursue professional registration in expressive arts. It
is a hybrid model and admissions are on a rolling basis. Â Now accepting applications for a September start date! For the first time ever we are opening up this Level 2 course to new
students! In order to take this course as a new student, you will need to complete EAFI 100 Creative Wisdom, apply and be
