Hello ,

Join me (Tamara) today at 10:00am EDT for Mindful Art Play Days!

For 5 days this week, 1 hour every day, I'll show you different methods for creating mindful art while being intentionally playful.

Each session will follow a theme & we'll use simple visual art materials and expressive arts practices (gentle movement, visual arts & writing) to relax and have fun!

The themes we will explore are:

💠 Dripping 💠 Doodling 💠 Resisting 💠 Bubbling 💠 Connecting

And the best part is...it's only $10 for all 5 days!

If you can't make a day, all sessions will be recorded so you can go back and watch!
