Spiritual Directors accompany others in deepening their relationship with the divine and attending to the call of the holy in their lives. Spiritual Direction is a creative conversation that moves beyond what we believe or understand in the moment, to the Mystery that is being revealed in our own
interior.
The arts have long been a part of the exploration and expression of the mystery of life, and connection to the divine. Expressive arts can be a spiritual path, a way to deeply listen and respond to our most authentic longings. The expressive arts are a natural companion to the work of spiritual direction, paying attention and responding to the sacred in our daily lives.
