No art experience needed. We believe in the art process and the creative wisdom within each person.

Creative Containers: A Bookmaking Experience

Calling all Creatives! In this new workshop, you will be guided through a simple bookmaking technique to create your own unique container for creative personal exploration, growth, and transformation. You will be able to customize the process to make it your own as you create the space and place for your ongoing personal practice. Having a personal expressive arts practice involves creating images, writing, witnessing, and reflecting. Making a special place to go that holds the artifacts and helps you look back on what you have created has become part of our practice and we invite you to share this with us.

We will guide you through each step as you create a simple book from your own visual artmaking. You will leave with an art journal ready to fill with your summer adventures and experiences.  

Advance registration is preferred. Walk-ins accepted, space permitting.

Come to Open Studio and stay for the workshop. 

Bring your lunch and make a day of it.
