Dear Creative One, This week
we celebrate Spring Equinox and the light begins to return in the Northern Hemisphere. Here in Sarasota the oak trees have sprouted new leaves, ducks are active on the pond, and Nature in general seems to be waking up. Spring can be a time to take on new projects, do "spring cleaning", be more active outdoors, and even feel busier. Yet, Equinox invokes balance and we are reminded to pace ourselves. We are called to take it slow, trust in the process of becoming, blossoming and allowing new
growth to emerge without hurrying. There are many exciting new things happening here at EAFI with our team growing, exciting SoulCollage® events this week, and Expressive Writing along with our next Level One Dive In course happening next week. So many creative opportunities! It can be a challenge for some of us to pace ourselves when many exciting
things or stressful demands are happening in our lives. At times like this, it is especially important to breathe in and out, take moments to pause, witness Nature and consult our own creative spirits. If you are looking for inspiration to do that, we invite you to use this Ecological Self complimentary
