Dear Creative Community:
We hope you are each doing well. We have some important news to share with you. We are vacating our studio/classroom space in Sarasota at the end of this month. It is, of course, a big decision, and we know that
for some of you, it will have a significant impact.
The property has been sold, and the building is going to be demolished in the near future. Rather than look for a new space immediately, we are putting our belongings in storage, and continuing to offer our programs online, as we have been doing since March 2020.
Our Certificate Training Program and online workshops and classes continue to thrive and grow. If we are able to offer in-person Certificate Training Program classes in-person in the spring, as we currently have planned, we will rent an appropriate space to hold them. We will continue to ride this wave of Covid impact until we feel sure enough to consider finding ourselves a new permanent home. For the time being, we welcome you
to Open Studios, SoulCollage®, Professional Development and more, and we welcome new applications to our Certificate Training.
Since we have barely used our studio since early 2020, not much is really changing. This sweet space, though, is s treasure, and we are sad to leave it. We moved in in the fall of 2010, and opened our training program here in January 2011. So much beautiful creative exploration, play, art-making and healing has happened
here - through classes, workshops, individual and group sessions, events, collaborations and exhibits. The studio has been a sacred container for it all. Many of you have been an integral part of these gatherings. Please join us in holding the magic of our Sarasota studio in your heart, treasuring the energy that you have helped to create, and knowing that it continues, both online and in some as-yet -unknown location in the future.
Our phone number, website, and email addresses remain the same.
Our new mailing address: is PO Box 52335, Sarasota, FL 34232
With love and gratitude,
Tamara, Kathleen, Victoria

We hope you will join us for these upcoming events.
New SoulCollage® and Expressive Arts Discovery Workshops will be announced this week. Stay tuned.

Creative Wisdom is a truly excellent introduction to Intermodal Expressive Arts. I don't believe I have ever felt so well supported in a class, from the structure of the course, the sequence of the modules that build confidence and competence, the care taken by the instructors in every detail,
and their willingness to offer themselves as guides and models for the work. Thank you EAFI! Katherine Ziff

EXPRESSIVE ARTS THERAPY
Telehealth and in-person
Tamara Teeter Knapp, MA, REACE, NCC, MHC Intern
Expressive arts therapy is a multimodal, holistic approach to counseling. It acknowledges the complexity of human experience by facilitating the client in exploring all aspects of the self, by inquiring through the imagination and the body about subjective experience, and expanding the play space to allow for new possibilities and shifts in consciousness that lead to desired changes in one’s life.
