Please register by March 14th so we may be fully prepared with adequate supplies for all participants.
Come prepared to….
Learn the best information and techniques on how to take care of our whole selves, body, mind, and spirit. This will include practicing many techniques, including the use of breathing, walking meditation, essential oils, humor, stretching, and much, much more. We will explore many methods to take care of ourselves in a holistic manner. We will also create a Self-Care Container to help you remember all that you
learn.
This is for you, if …
You need to find new ways to take better care of yourself that are attainable, useful, and easy to put into your daily routine. You know that you often burn the candle at both ends, and you need to take a little time to revive, nurture, and energize yourself in ways that are practical and doable.
You will receive and take away…….
Many hands-on, easy techniques, which we’ll condense into a Self-Care Container. Within this small chest you will have tangible ways to reach your wellness goals. Many of the items within your container will be created during the course of the day, such as a set of wellness cards, which will be personalized just to meet your needs.
