In True or False Faces, you will create and decorate a plaster mask using your own face as a mold. We will explore the faces we wear or would like to wear in the world. Over 2, four hour, Friday sessions, Donna will guide you in making a unique, plaster mask that you will paint and embellish with beads, glitter, “hair,” and other elements to fashion a mask of one of your hidden
personae.
All supplies provided.
Registration Policy: 7 days prior to workshop date. if minimum enrollment is not met, workshop may be canceled. Please register before July 5th.
Donna has had a varied career as an Art Teacher, Ordained Minister, Expressive Arts Facilitator and Intentional Creativity Teacher and Coach. Donna holds a B.A. in Art Education from Westminster College, an MDiv from Yale Divinity School, a Certificate in Intermodal Expressive Arts from Expressive Arts Florida Institute, and a Certificate from The Color of Woman School. She brings a love of creativity, teaching and
self-expression to her work. Her fondest wish is to see others awaken to their Deep Wisdom.
